The home does not have AC, though it remains naturally cool during the summer. Guests have access to the main house; however, the ADU is rented separately and is strictly off-limits. Exterior security cameras are in place for safety.

• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
• Only registered guests are permitted (unregistered guests incur a $20/day fee)
