Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This property is part of a duplex with one attached neighbor. All guests and pets must be included in the booking; unbooked visitors and parties are strictly prohibited. We are pet-friendly for up to two small or medium-sized dogs, but cats are strictly prohibited (violation results in a $500 fee per cat).

Important notes: A pre-arrival verification process including ID verification, a selfie, and a refundable security deposit pre-authorization is required before check-in instructions are provided. The BBQ uses a propane tank; while some gas may be provided, guests are responsible for refills. Additionally, please use door drop-off or depot pick-up for deliveries as the mailbox is inaccessible. Twin-sized cots are available for $10/day upon advance request.
