Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking community; smoking and vaping are prohibited in all common areas, including green spaces and the pool. Pets are strictly not allowed per HOA rules. Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay applies starting February 2025. Access requires a valid ID and a signed agreement to community rules. External vendors are not permitted inside the property. For monthly stays, a refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Guests should be aware that as this is a brand-new community, some daytime construction noise may occur Monday through Saturday mornings. A rental car is highly recommended, as Ubers are not permitted on the property.
