The villa is thoughtfully designed across multiple levels to provide ample space and privacy for up to 6 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a versatile sleeping configuration that includes 3 beds. The lower level provides a private sanctuary with a bedroom featuring a king bed and a full bath, alongside a convenient kitchenette and direct access to the harbor-facing screened porch. The second floor hosts another spacious bedroom with a king bed and full bath, complemented by a primary living room and a full kitchen. For additional flexibility, the second-story loft is open to the floor below and contains two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower, a mini-fridge, a sink, and a cozy sitting area.

Guests will enjoy a variety of premium features designed for comfort and convenience:

• Upper-level full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and ice machine
