The residence is thoughtfully designed across multiple levels to provide ample space and privacy. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. On the lower level, you will find an open living area with a dining table, a kitchenette, and Bedroom B, which features a king bed, TV, full bath, and direct exterior access to the screened porch. The second floor hosts a second living room and a full kitchen, along with Bedroom A, which also offers a king bed, TV, and bath. Completing the space is a second-story loft open to the first floor, containing two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower only, a mini-fridge, sink, TV, and a cozy small sitting area.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the villa is equipped with the following features:

• Lower level kitchenette with full refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker
