About Property

Welcome to your cozy Whistler chalet retreat, the perfect place to unwind after mountain adventures with family or friends. Discover a sanctuary of comfort and space close to the heart of the village, where soft winter light pours through tall windows and snow settles quietly over the forested surroundings of British Columbia.

This spacious home is designed for relaxation and gathering, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 4 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 8. The primary bedroom on the upper level is a true retreat with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a private balcony offering serene forest views, complemented by an ensuite featuring a tub and shower combo. On the main level, one bedroom offers a tri-bunk with an ensuite shower, while another provides a king split (which can be configured as one king or two twins) with its own ensuite. Additional sleeping options include a queen sofa sleeper in the dedicated office and a sofa bed in the media room.

The heart of the home is the main living area, defined by vaulted ceilings and an inviting rounded-stone fireplace. A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances flows naturally into a dining space that seats eight, perfect for lingering over coffee or an après-ski meal. For entertainment, the media room provides a relaxed spot for movies, games, and puzzles. Outside, you can breathe in the crisp alpine air from the balcony or unwind in the backyard hot tub surrounded by trees, with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture available for your use.

Located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood just north of Whistler Village, the chalet is perfectly positioned for nature lovers. You are set near the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and the Valley Trail, offering easy access to forest paths and bike routes. The property is a 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll and Upper Village, a 25-minute walk to the Whistler Village Gondola, and a 30-minute walk or 9-minute cycle to Lost Lake.
