Side A features a large living area with a TV and a single sleeping sofa, a full kitchen equipped with bar and table seating, and a primary bedroom with a King bed and TV. This side also includes a full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. Side B is designed as a studio space, offering both a King and a Queen bed, a TV, and a dedicated kitchenette complete with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. This section includes its own full bathroom with a tub, shower, and vanity sink. Both bedrooms provide direct access to the screened porch, where you can relax and take in the vistas of the lake.

While the structured data for general amenities is limited, the property provides essential comforts including wireless internet access and an in-unit washer and dryer. Guests have access to exclusive shared facilities through The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast, including an outdoor pool (open mid-April through October), a pool house with a sauna, and an outdoor shower.
