1. Guest will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below.

2. Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

In addition to late checkout rules, if you request a last checkout after 9 a.m. on checkout day, the professional cleaning we hire will charge an extra $25 inconvenience fee for having to wait, in addition to the regular $25 late checkout fee, for a total of $50.

3. 🚭Smoking, parties, large gatherings, and excessive loud noise are not allowed. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the apt. This is includes no vaping, and no hookah too. There is no smoking directly outside of the building as there are residents that must enter through the front door. All guest are required to smoke away from the property. Any smoke smell left in the apt will result in a smoke fee being charged. No smoking by the window, not the building hallway either or anywhere on the premises. No smoking outside around the property all smoking must be done 10 feet away from the building entirely. Any violators will be fined and have their reservation cancelled. Smoking violation is subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

4. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.

5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. If found inviting multiple not stated guests you may be in violation of our “no parties or no large gathering” rule and may have your reservation canceled without refund and may be removed from the property.

All extra guest must be added to reservation prior to checkin. Host has the right to request that all guests are invited to the reservation and have a verified profile with airbnb before giving checkin access is provided to you for your reservation

6. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

7. Absolutely NO parties and NO Gathering can occur at all.

8. All trash must be put in trash bag. If taken outside it must be placed in garbage can outside BUT in trash bag. All recycling can be placed in recycle bin outside.

9. Guests are responsible for coverings the costs to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur, on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any damage to in the message inbox of this app. Unreported damages will be charged after check-out. Do not take plates and cups out of the apartment. Guest are responsible to reimburse for all items missing from apartment that the guest remove.

11. All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID during our check-in process to verify their identity

12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.

13. There is a $25 inconvenience fee for the key left in the unit and $65 fee for keycard replacement

(There is no camera in the apt).

• Minut noise monitoring/alarm device is installed to prevent parties or unauthorized large gatherings. This device “does not” record or invade the privacy of our guests. It only monitors noise levels. This is not to be touched or pressed during your stay.

14. Laundry is available to be done onsite in the gilding but not inside the apartment only on Monday and Tuesday. Drying is a charge paid for with quarters that the building owner charges.
