The primary suite is a standout with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted jacuzzi tub and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom also provides a king bed and its own ensuite with a glass shower. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is furnished with a twin bunk bed, making it well-suited for children. For added convenience, the home includes a shared upper-level bathroom with a bathtub and an additional main-floor bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Living spaces are designed for gathering, highlighted by exposed beams, large picture windows, and a sunken living area centered around an indoor fireplace. For movie nights or quiet downtime, there is a separate media room with a TV. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. To respect the neighbors, there is a strict no-party policy and observed quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. A quiet long-term tenant resides in a separate attached basement suite; however, they have no access to the home or the guest's partitioned section of the garage.
