The fully finished basement provides ample room to spread out, including a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful 3-piece bathroom.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that all guests and pets must be included in the booking; unbooked visitors or parties are not permitted. While the home is pet-friendly for up to two small or medium-sized dogs, cats are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in a $500 fee per cat.

Additional details include a refundable security deposit and pre-arrival ID verification. Guests are responsible for propane refills for the BBQ once the initial supply runs out. Please be aware that the yard gate is currently not closing properly. Additional twin-sized cots are available for $10/day upon advance request. Mail cannot be received at the property address.
