Set in the peaceful Northern Lights neighbourhood, this multi-level home offers a serene mountain setting where morning light fills the living space through expansive windows as snow-covered peaks stretch across the horizon.

This retreat accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom, located on the main level, includes two tri-bunk beds. Additionally, a full bathroom with a shower is available on the main level, while a powder room and laundry area are situated downstairs.

Inside, vaulted ceilings and large windows create an airy atmosphere. The main living area features a large sectional sofa and an indoor fireplace for quiet evenings. The open layout flows into a dining area that comfortably seats eight, complemented by a wet bar with a wine fridge for entertaining. For entertainment, both a media room and a TV room provide separate spaces for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space.

Outdoor living includes a patio and balcony to take in the surrounding mountain landscape, featuring a BBQ grill and a private hot tub to unwind in the alpine air.
