For monthly reservations, a refundable security deposit of 300 USD per month may apply.

Important notices: Please be aware of ongoing construction nearby which may cause noise during daytime hours. Additionally, the community pool and jacuzzi undergo renovation from August 1st through mid-September, during which time they are unavailable (a 30% discount is reflected in the rates during this period). Pool and gym hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
