The studio is designed for intimacy and ease, featuring a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout that comfortably accommodates up to two guests. The sleeping area is anchored by a plush king bed, while the bathroom includes a tub and shower. The open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living and dining areas, leading out to a wonderful screened porch where you can relax and enjoy the harbor views in a peaceful, bug-free environment.

For your convenience, the studio includes a functional kitchenette equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, and an electric skillet for simple meal preparation. Guests also have access to a TV and wireless internet access to stay connected during their stay.

While the studio offers private comfort, guests enjoy access to shared premium amenities shared exclusively with The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast. These include a refreshing outdoor pool open from mid-April through October, a pool house featuring a sauna, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. For those arriving by boat, complimentary dockage is available at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor, along with a fish cleaning station. Dockage is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and should be arranged in advance.

Located directly on the waterfront, this property provides amazing water views from its harbor front deck. Please note that breakfast is not included for guests staying in the Villas and is not offered through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
