Discover a relaxing coastal escape at this second-floor two-bedroom villa, perfectly situated in the serene setting of Ocracoke, North Carolina. This inviting retreat combines the privacy of a villa with the unique charm of its surroundings, offering a spacious layout designed for comfort and convenience.

The villa is thoughtfully divided into two distinct living areas to maximize privacy. The A side features a spacious living room and a full kitchen equipped with bar and table seating, alongside a bedroom with a King bed, TV, DVD player, and direct access to the screened porch. This side also includes a full bathroom featuring a newly-tiled walk-in shower. The B side is designed as a versatile studio, featuring a Queen bed and a Twin sleeper sofa, providing a cozy space for additional guests. This area is further enhanced by its own full bath, a table with two chairs, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and sink.

Guests can enjoy several thoughtfully provided features throughout the property:

• Screened porch with a limited view of the harbor
• Big screen TV and DVD players
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Wireless internet access and phone
• Provided linens and towels

Shared exclusively with guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast, the property offers exceptional outdoor amenities. You can unwind in the outdoor pool (available mid-April through October) or relax in the pool house sauna. For those arriving by water, enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and access to a fish cleaning station. Please note that dockage is first-come, first-serve and should be arranged in advance.

• No trailers of any kind are permitted on the property; please use the NPS parking lot for boat or utility trailers.
