This inviting second-floor condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, featuring a private sun deck that overlooks the harbor for breathtaking views of Silver Lake.

The layout is designed for relaxation and versatility. The main level consists of an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with direct access to the balcony. This floor includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. Upstairs, the cozy loft provides additional sleeping space with two twin beds and a second full bathroom equipped with a shower only. The loft is further enhanced by the convenience of a mini-fridge and sink.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property provides essential comforts including a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and ice machine, a living area with a TV, and wireless internet access. Guests also have access to washer and dryer facilities. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Guests enjoy exclusive shared access to premium facilities provided by The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast. This includes an outdoor pool open from mid-April through October, a pool house with a sauna, and an outdoor shower. For those arriving by water, complimentary dockage is available at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor, along with a fish cleaning station. Dockage is first-come-first-serve and should be arranged in advance.

Located in the heart of Ocracoke, North Carolina, this villa provides an authentic island experience. For larger groups, this suite can be combined with Net House B to provide more space and additional bedding.
