• House Rules: Strictly no parties, events, or smoking on the premises (including decks and hot tubs). Pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Requirements: Guests must be at least 30 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Notes: Exterior security cameras are located at entrances. Please be aware of active construction on the adjacent homesite, typically occurring between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
