The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across the residence: the main level hosts a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the second level provides three additional bedrooms, including three king beds and one daybed; the lower level offers a queen bed with a daybed, two twin bunk beds, and two futons in the living area.

At the heart of the home, a dramatic great room features exposed beams and a two-story stone fireplace. The high-end kitchen is equipped with dual dishwashers and a wide island, while a separate office with built-in shelving provides a quiet workspace. For entertainment, the lower level includes a lounge with a classic Pac-Man game. Each bathroom boasts distinctive stonework, natural wood vanities, and deep soaking tubs.

The outdoor experience is centered around a private backyard paradise.
