Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM via contactless door code, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that access to the property requires climbing 25 stairs with multiple landings. There is no air conditioning; however, fans are provided in all bedrooms. To respect the neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the patios, decks, and hot tubs. Pets are not allowed, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
