Discover a serene coastal escape at this spacious two-story one-bedroom villa located in beautiful Ocracoke, North Carolina. Designed for relaxation and comfort, this home provides a peaceful retreat for up to 4 guests, blending the privacy of a villa with the prestige of a unique harbor-side location.

The layout is thoughtfully split across two levels to maximize space and privacy. The first floor features a great room style living space with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a dedicated dining area, and a full kitchen. This level also includes a convenient full bathroom equipped with both a tub and shower, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. Step outside from the lower level to enjoy the fresh salt air on the screened porch.

On the second floor, you will find the private bedroom featuring a queen bed and a television, along with an additional half bath for added convenience. This configuration ensures a quiet sleeping area away from the main living zones.

While this villa offers a private sanctuary, guests enjoy exclusive access to shared amenities provided by The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast. Dive into the outdoor pool, available from mid-April through October, or unwind in the sauna located in the pool house. For those seeking a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach, an outdoor shower is also available.

For those arriving by water, enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor, which includes a fish cleaning station. Please note that dockage is first-come-first-serve and should be arranged in advance. Due to limited space, no trailers of any kind may be parked on the property; utility or boat trailers must be parked at the NPS parking lot.
