• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Small dogs (under 15lbs) allowed with advance notification; a $250 USD non-refundable pet fee and an additional $150 USD cleaning fee per dog apply.
• Smoking: Non-smoking community. Smoking/vaping is permitted only on the terrace; indoor smoking incurs a $300 USD fine.
• Community Rules: No parties or events; quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Valid ID and signed community rules are required for access.
• Vendors: External vendors are not permitted; please use the concierge for trusted recommendations.
• Deposits: A refundable security deposit of $500 USD per month may apply for monthly stays.

Note: There is ongoing construction nearby which may cause daytime noise. Access to Pueblo Bonito Resort pools is not guaranteed and is subject to management discretion.
