This sophisticated retreat features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers a serene escape with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is designed for versatility with full-over-full bunk beds and its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a dual faucet sink.

Inside, the welcoming open floor plan is filled with natural light and meticulously curated finishes. The living area centers around a cozy gas log fireplace, while the adjacent kitchen boasts a large island with seating. Timeless accents like shiplap walls and vintage artifacts complement the high-end furnishings, creating a sophisticated yet homey atmosphere.

Guests enjoy a private outdoor oasis featuring a deck and patio area complete with a Fuego grill and dining set. This space wraps around to a private hot tub and outdoor shower, as well as a dedicated charging space for rented golf carts. As part of the Townie Cottages Resort, guests also have access to shared community amenities, including a 20’ x 40’ inground pool (seasonal from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a communal fire pit.

Located in the heart of Union Pier, the home is just a short trip from the pristine beaches of Lake Michigan. The surrounding neighborhood is celebrated for its destination design stores, mom-and-pop bakeries, woodsy gravel roads, vineyards, and distilleries, offering endless exploration via local biking paths.

• Policies: Identity verification, a valid government-issued photo ID, and a signed Guest Occupancy Agreement are required prior to arrival. Check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (up to $2,000) is included with your reservation.
