The residence is configured as a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with 1 bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout features a welcoming open floor plan where the living area includes a full sleeper sofa and additional side chairs facing a cozy gas log fireplace. Adjacent to the living space is the kitchen, which boasts a large island with seating. The Primary Suite occupies the entire length of the cottage and is richly adorned with a king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom serves as a private sanctuary, complete with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, a separate water closet, and a convenient stack washer/dryer located in the closet.

Outside, guests enjoy a private deck and patio area equipped with a Fuego grill and dining set, wrapping around to a private hot tub and outdoor shower. There is also a dedicated parking and charging space for rented golf carts, in addition to two parking spaces at the front of the development.

As part of the Townie Cottages Resort, guests have access to shared community features:
