The second bedroom provides two twin size beds and its own private bathroom.

Inside, you will find a beautifully decorated open-concept living and dining room, complemented by a cozy living area with a Smart TV. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher. For added convenience, the home includes a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full water filtration system, and is well-stocked with linens, cooking utensils, and beach towels. • Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM
• Non-smoking community: Smoking/vaping is prohibited in all common areas and inside the property ($300 USD fine). Smoking is permitted only on the condo terrace.
• Car rental is strongly recommended; Uber is permitted for drop-offs but not for pick-ups within the community.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property.
• Guests must provide ID and sign community rules for access.
• Monthly reservations may require a $300 USD refundable security deposit per month.
• Please note: Construction is ongoing Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) and Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM).
