The first floor offers an open-concept layout where the living area, complete with a cozy gas log potbelly stove, flows into a kitchen featuring a large island with seating, a coffee bar, and a dining banquette. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters serve as serene retreats, consisting of one bedroom with a queen bed and sitting area, and a second bedroom equipped with twin-over-full bunk beds. The shared upstairs bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a single vanity.

While The Fern is a private building, it is part of the Townie Cottages Resort, allowing guests to enjoy both seclusion and community perks. Guests have access to a shared 20’ x 40’ inground pool (seasonal from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a communal fire pit.
