About Property

Discover a sanctuary of peace at Above Nashville Tranquility, a custom estate nestled on ten private, gated acres in the hills of Nolensville, Tennessee. This extraordinary home blends rustic lodge materials with comfortable, upscale finishes across three levels, offering a refined retreat with breathtaking panoramic views that stretch all the way to the Nashville skyline.

Designed for relaxation and group gatherings, the estate features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout is thoughtfully distributed across three floors:

• Main Floor: A flexible Office Bedroom with an en suite full bathroom.
• Second Floor: A luxurious King Primary Bedroom with its own en suite full bathroom and private covered deck, a Queen Guest Bedroom, and a spacious Bunk Room featuring a Queen, Twin, and Twin Trundle bed (sharing a hall bathroom).
• Basement Floor: A cozy sleeping area featuring a Queen pullout couch.

While the interior is stunning, much of the magic happens outdoors. Wraparound covered decking and walls of glass ensure the surrounding valley remains in view from nearly every room. You can unwind on stone patios that lead to the pool and hot tub, or gather around one of the fire pits scattered across the wooded grounds. For indoor entertainment, the lower recreation level boasts high ceilings and a dedicated game space with a pool table and ping pong topper.

Situated on a private hillside in Williamson County, the property offers a rare balance of total seclusion and convenient access. You are just minutes from the charm of Nolensville and Franklin's Main Street, while the excitement of Nashville remains close by. In early July, the deck becomes the premier vantage point for watching fireworks light up the neighboring towns.
