The lower level houses a third bedroom with a king bed and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, which share a well-appointed bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower.

Inside, the main living space is bathed in natural light from large windows, while an indoor fireplace creates a warm atmosphere for snowy evenings. For entertainment, a dedicated games room with a pool table provides a fun space to unwind.
