The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite on the main level; a second king bedroom with a private balcony, a queen bedroom, a cheerful bunk room containing one queen bed, one single bunkbed, and one twin-over-full bunkbed, and a private office with a sofa bed on the upper level. The lower level provides additional flexibility with two separate sleeping areas, each featuring a queen bed.

Inside, the home is characterized by vaulted ceilings and tall windows that flood the space with natural light. Guests can gather in the great room around the fireplace or retreat to the separate sitting room for quiet drinks and wraparound views. For entertainment, the lower level hosts a media lounge for movie nights and a spontaneous game nook.
