SMOKING: Smoking, which includes the use of E-Vape products, is NOT permitted in OUR CONDO OR COMMON AREAS or LIMITED COMMON AREAS, including unit balconies, pool deck, lawn area. Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas ONLY. FLUSHING: DO NOT flush anything besides toilet paper in the toilet. Diapers, wet wipes, flushable wipes, paper towels, etc are NOT allowed to be flushed. Please dispose of these items in the trash can.
BALCONIES AND PORCHES: Discharging or throwing of anything from the balconies is strictly prohibited. Articles of clothing, linens, towels, etc., shall not be hung from balconies. Grills are not permitted on the balconies. Storage on balconies is prohibited. FIREWORKS: The discharging of fireworks is strictly prohibited. NOISE: Loud parties will not be tolerated. TVs, stereos or musical instruments should be used with discretion and quiet hours are between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m - loud noise during this time is strictly prohibited.
PETS: Guest or renters are NOT permitted to have pets in the condominium or on the property. SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS: The pool/spa is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Persons using these facilities do so at their own risk. No glass, food or running is permitted in the pool and spa areas. FITNESS CENTER: Persons using the fitness center, located on the south tower mezzanine level, shall do so at their own risk. HAZARDS: No persons should use or permit to be brought into the condominiums any flammable oils or fluids such as gasoline, kerosene, other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life or property. PARKING: Vehicles shall be parked only in paved parking spaces provided. You will receive 1 parking pass and it must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. Vehicles not displaying a valid parking permit are subject to towing at the owner's expense. MOTORCYCLES: Motorcycles and golfcarts are a privilege of owners of record ONLY. Guests, renters, friend, associates or relatives of owners are NOT permitted to have motorcycles on the premises at anytime. No trailers allowed on the property. LUGGAGE CARTS : Luggage carts are for the use and convenience of owners and guests. Keeping luggage carts outside units is strictly prohibited. All luggage carts must be returned to the lobby area once luggage is unloaded. DO NOT bring luggage carts into the condo. GRILLING: No gas, charcoal grills or other cooking devices may be used in units, on balconies, porches, hallways, lawn or common areas. CHILDREN: Supervision of children by a responsible adult must be exercised at all times while on the grounds. OTHER: No immoral, improper, offensive or unlawful activity is permitted in the units on Palms Resort Property. No trade or business activity may be conducted on Palms Resort property. DISTURBANCES: If the neighbors are disturbed, we reserve the right to ask you, the tenant, to vacate the premises with NO REFUND. RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order. Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use. Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property - All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit.
