The main floor features a cozy living room, the first bedroom, the first full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom and a second full bathroom. With a total of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets, parties, events, and extra guests are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited; guests who smoke inside the house will be charged the full security deposit.

Regarding parking, only one parking spot is available, and only one vehicle is allowed per reservation. Please be aware that snow plowing occurs daily between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM if there are more than 4 inches of new snow. Your vehicle must be moved during this window to avoid being towed; the nearby library can be used for temporary parking.
