Designed for large groups, the villa features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests across 8 beds. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to provide every group with a private retreat, including three bedrooms with King beds and three bedrooms featuring Queen beds, all of which include ensuite bathrooms.

The interior is defined by two expansive living areas flooded with natural light from vaulted windows. The downstairs lounge opens directly onto the patio for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, while the upstairs sitting area offers a quieter space for a calm morning coffee. A full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and coffee maker, complemented by both indoor and outdoor dining options.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pets are welcome with prior written host approval (one house-trained dog; pet fee and security deposit apply). Guests must purchase RFID cards for $15 each to access community amenities. A damage protection option or security deposit is required for all stays. Please note that the home is not baby-proofed. No fireworks or firearms are permitted on the property.
