Sleeping arrangements are spread across two levels to accommodate up to 14 guests. The home features 7 bedrooms with 7 beds and 5 bathrooms. Downstairs, the primary suite offers a king size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The upper level includes a junior suite with a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. For added charm, the themed bedrooms include a Lion King room with a king size bed and a Frozen Castle room with a twin over full bunk bed, along with three additional rooms featuring combinations of full and twin beds.

Indoor living is defined by two large living areas and a dedicated gameroom for friendly competition. A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides ample room for multiple cooks to prepare meals together. For outdoor enjoyment, the private pool and patio area offer a refreshing escape, complemented by pool loungers to stretch out under the Florida sun.

Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside gated community, the villa is perfectly positioned for sightseeing. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is about 30 minutes, and Universal Studios is around 35 minutes. Guests also enjoy access to a clubhouse with arcades, a bar, and lounge, as well as sports courts and BBQ areas.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee of up to $300 may apply. Pets are not allowed. This is a self-catering home; basic initial supplies are provided, but refills are not included. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited. A damage protection option is required: for 1-night stays, a $500 refundable deposit is required; for 2+ nights, guests may choose a $500 deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). A $35 daily fee applies for optional pool and spa heating (one week's notice required). Please keep the AC at or above 70°F to prevent freezing. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway.
