Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two floors to ensure excellent privacy, with multiple attached bathrooms. The configuration includes two bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and two bedrooms each featuring two Queen beds.

Inside, you will find two generous living areas perfect for gathering. The downstairs living room opens directly onto the patio, while a quieter upstairs lounge offers a cozy spot for streaming movies or reading. The heart of the home is a large full kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances, complemented by both indoor and outdoor dining areas that turn every meal into a small celebration.

The neighborhood is a fun-filled luxury gated community secured by 24-hour security. Guests have complimentary access to various resort amenities including the Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces pools and spas, as well as the Liberty Bluff Playground and Grand Traverse Parkway. Please note that RFID cards for these amenities cost $15 each and expire after 3 days; the home does not have access to the Reunion water park.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; while initial starter supplies are provided, refills are not available during the stay. A damage protection option is required: either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of two nights or more.

House Rules:

• Pets: Not allowed (per structured data).
• Parking: Up to 2 cars in the driveway; no parking on grass or streets.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
