About Property

Discover the ultimate Space Coast retreat at River Fly-In, a unique luxury destination in Merritt Island, Florida. This one-of-a-kind stay consists of two brand-new, side-by-side luxury condos rented together, creating an expansive retreat that perfectly balances group togetherness with individual privacy.

Designed for groups, families, or business travelers, this spacious layout features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The arrangement comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, utilizing 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 full floor mattresses. Inside, you'll find a modern, upscale experience defined by soaring 9-foot ceilings, high-end finishes, granite countertops, elegant cabinetry, and luxurious flooring throughout. Each unit is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and Nest thermostats for your comfort.

Guests can enjoy the flexibility of dual living rooms—each featuring ample seating and large TVs—and two fully stocked kitchens. To make longer stays effortless, both units include their own in-unit washer and dryer and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Step out onto the private balconies to take in sweeping Launch views, watch planes take off and land, or enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. Despite the proximity to the airport, the building remains exceptionally quiet due to a specialized high-PSI concrete slab construction.

Set within a 30-acre waterfront environment, the property offers resort-style living. Guests have access to an expansive swimming pool with underwater and outdoor speakers, a jacuzzi, a fire pit, a tranquil waterfall, and a protected wetlands preserve perfect for bird watching. The clubhouse features an indoor gym and a theater with an 86-inch TV and heated seating. For convenience, the property provides secured entry, outdoor security cameras, and two EV charging stations.

Located in the heart of the Space Coast between the Banana and Indian Rivers, River Fly-In is a pilot's dream, situated less than a mile from the Merritt Island Airport.
