The upper level features a King Master Suite with a private en-suite bathroom, a cozy King bedroom, and another King bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom. For the kids, there is a magical Princess-themed bedroom and a Harry Potter-themed bedroom, both featuring two twin beds. In total, the home offers 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

The heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and full-size stainless steel appliances, which opens into a spacious living and dining area perfect for quality family time. For entertainment, the converted garage serves as a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, and the private pool allows you to unwind after a long day at the theme parks.

Practical information includes a check-in time from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. This is a self-check-in property using a personalized door code. Please note that pets are not allowed and a maximum of three vehicles are permitted per reservation, all of which must be pre-registered with security. All guests must sign a rental agreement via DocuSign prior to arrival. A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided for the first day only. Optional pool and spa heating is available from October to March for $45/day, requiring a 72-hour advance request. Please note that no grill is provided on-site, though local rentals are available.
