The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated: the main level includes two bedrooms with one en-suite and one shared bathroom; the upper level offers a landing loft and three bedrooms—including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom—sharing two full bathrooms; and the newly finished lower level provides a renovated bedroom with a new queen bed and a tiled bathroom. In total, guests will find 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin beds (arranged as 2 bunk beds), ensuring everyone has a relaxing space to unwind.

Inside, the home is defined by exposed cedar construction and an open floor plan. The main living room is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that provide an amazing waterfront view, complemented by a 70" LED TV. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for large group meals and includes both K-Cup and standard coffee makers. For additional relaxation, a second living room and game/rec room are located downstairs, providing a flexible hangout for kids or a quiet retreat for adults.
