• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum booking age: 21
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee (other animals require specific approval)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the property; violation results in a $250 fine
• Parking: Guests generally park in the lot across from the resort. Covered garage parking is reserved for guests with valid handicap placards. From June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation.
• Other: A damage waiver fee applies. Commercial activity and filming are not permitted. Note that the property does not have AC, utilizing floor-to-ceiling windows for ventilation.

Building Notice: From January through October, the building will undergo essential exterior structural repairs. Guests may experience visible construction activity and daytime noise, with work anticipated to be completed by January 31, 2027 (pausing from July 1 to September 8, 2026).
