For golf enthusiasts, the Highlands Reserve Golf Course is located directly across the street. The property is a short drive to Walt Disney World (~15-20 mins), Posner Park (~10 mins), and Universal Studios (~30-35 mins).

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. All guests must register at the 24/7 resort front desk upon arrival. A resort amenity fee of $20 per day, per reservation (plus tax) is collected at check-in. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per reservation; no street parking is permitted.

This is a pet-friendly home. Pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off bedding. A non-refundable pet fee applies and all pets must be included on the reservation.

Additional policies include a minimum primary guest age of 25, a strict no-smoking policy inside the home, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. Please only flush toilet paper to avoid plumbing backups.
