To ensure a smooth arrival, check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A security deposit of USD 1,000.00 is required via bank transfer 7 days before check-in. Instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival to guests who have fulfilled all requirements, including identity documents and the deposit. Please be aware that rates do not include water and electricity consumption, which are paid locally at MXN 20.00/M3 for water and MXN 12.00/Kwh for electricity. While a first supply of essential products like toilet paper, dish soap, and water is provided upon arrival, subsequent supplies are the responsibility of the guest.
