Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout across three levels with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are perfectly suited for families and groups:

• Primary Master Suite: King bed, sitting area, and a private balcony with Gulf views
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with a private balcony overlooking the pool
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk beds
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed

This residence is packed with features to ensure a relaxing stay. The primary suite boasts an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The third floor serves as the main living area, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. For those traveling with children, the home includes a safety gate at the top of the stairs and a child-safety pool alarm on the screened porch door. Guests can enjoy a private heated pool (optional heating available for $500/week), a poolside charcoal grill, and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand.

Guests enjoy access to a private, less crowded beach reserved exclusively for owners and guests. From March 1 to October 31, a seasonal complimentary beach service is provided daily, including 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. Outside the community gates, you are a short walk or bike ride from the best of Gulf Place, including boutiques, live music, and local favorites like The Perfect Pig, Shelby's Beach Bar & Grill, and Growler Garage 30A.
