To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, Emerald Stay Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.

The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout, provided that no damage is incurred during the inspection. In the event of damages, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification.
