The spacious layout is designed for large groups, featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are a highlight, with immersive themed rooms including a Dragon-themed suite with a king bed on the first floor. The second floor offers a variety of magical escapes: a Frozen-themed room with a full/twin bunk, a bright Dream House room with a king bed, a futuristic Matrix room with a king bed, an Avengers room with a triple twin bunk, and a Harry Potter-themed suite featuring a queen/queen bunk.

While the villa offers plenty of room to relax, the entertainment options are truly incredible. Guests can enjoy the Super Mario and Donkey Kong themed game room, which includes a PS5 and Nintendo Switch. The home also features open-concept living areas, TVs in all bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for family dining.

Outdoor living is just as exciting with a private screened-in swimming pool and an attached spa (non-jacuzzi). The outdoor area is completed with a child safety pool fence, sun loungers, and a spacious seating area for entertaining.

Located in Phase 3 of the gated Solara Resort, guests have access to premium amenities in the Phase 1 clubhouse, including a FlowRider® surf simulator, fitness center, heated resort pool, sand volleyball and basketball courts, a children's playground, and a teen hangout center.
