On the main level, you will find a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a private north-facing balcony that overlooks the community pool. The upper level hosts the luxurious primary suite, featuring a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom on the upper level provides versatility with one Twin bed and one Full bed.

Inside, the home is perfectly appointed for relaxation and convenience:

Located in the desirable West Beach area, guests are just a short walk from convenient beach access. Beyond the sand, the property offers unique waterfront access via a community pier on Little Lagoon, ideal for fishing and relaxation. There is a convenient boat launch for kayaks and paddleboards, as well as boat tie-up for small boats (please note the boat lift shown in photos is not for guest use).

• Minimum age to book and stay: 25 (Strictly enforced)
• No pets and no smoking or vaping
• Parking: Guest Registration Certificates (Parking Passes) are required and purchased upon booking at $30 each, limited to two passes per stay
• Administrative and credit card processing fees are non-refundable
• Monthly rates for winter reservations (November through February) are available upon request
