This spacious home is designed for groups to relax and recharge, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The layout includes three bedrooms on the third floor and a family suite on the lower level. The primary bedroom is a stunning space with high ceilings, wood flooring, and a sitting area with comfortable recliners perfect for morning coffee overlooking the treetops. The other upper-level rooms maintain a cozy mountain lodge aesthetic with solid wood bed frames and plush carpeting. The lower-level family suite is a versatile space that comfortably sleeps four, making it ideal for children.

Experience the heart of the home in the main floor living area, which oozes mountain lodge charm with its stone fireplace and antler chandelier. For movie nights, the lower-floor lounge features reclining sofas and a massive HDTV. The large, fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a 3-seater island, flowing into a dining room that seats ten.

Please note that due to the long, steep driveway, trailers, vehicles with lift gates, and low-clearance vehicles are strictly prohibited. There is no parking available on-site or on the street for boats or trailers.

House Rules:

• No outdoor fires or fireworks are permitted due to the wooded residential area.
• Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please move conversations inside after 8:00 PM.
• No parties allowed.
• Please remove shoes at the entry or in the garage mudrooms to protect the floors.
• Tampering with safety devices or noise monitors is a violation of rules and may result in eviction without refund.
