House Rules The following rules are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests, and to ensure a respectful and pleasant stay. We highly value everyone's peace of mind and respect for the space.

1. Reservation Information: Before your arrival, please read all the information related to your reservation in the listing description, including house rules, check-in methods, location, etc.

2. Schedules: • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon) • Lobby: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. • Host available: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM • Pool: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM • Beach: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (or until sunset)

3. Communication: Communication will be made exclusively through Airbnb's direct messaging, and is intended only for administrative matters, modifications, or information about your reservation. Please note that messages are handled on a first come first serve basis.

4. Services and Amenities: • Condo rental INCLUDES pool access, lounge chairs, and pool towels. Does not include food or beverages • Direct beach access at the times mentioned above. • A maximum of 4 adult wristbands and 2 child wristbands (3-12 years) are provided for the use of the pool and lounge chairs. • If 1-2 extra bracelets are required, there will be an extra cost. • We are two independent properties: the condominium where you stay and the resort that offers access to the pool and lounge chairs. You must respect the rules and schedules of BOTH places.

5. Food and Beverage Restrictions: • The hotel does NOT allow food or coolers in its common areas. • Optional: You can purchase a Day Pass to access the hotel's bars and restaurants. Check with your host for current promotions. • Note: Cash or card payments are not accepted in the hotel's common areas.

6. Sunbeds and Access: • Beds may not be reserved. • Check-in: Check-in is in the Lobby after 3:00 PM. Security guards are instructed not to allow access before that time.

Rooms are being cleaned between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, so no guests are received during that time. If you need to arrive earlier, you can check the Early Check-in option

•	Early Check-in (optional): If you wish to check in early, you can arrange it at an additional cost. This option includes a breakfast buffet for all occupants and access to the pool until your room is ready, available to enter from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

Check with your host about the current promotion. • Late Check-out: Not available.

7. Loss of Keys or Bracelets: Loss of keys, bracelets, or any other inventory item incurs a penalty with a cost. Please be sure to return all items at check-out to avoid extra charges, or delay in your departure.

8. Important Information on Special Conditions: If anyone in your group has special conditions or particular needs, we ask that you inform us at check-in to ensure their comfort and well-being during their stay.
