For flexible sleeping arrangements, the space includes two double beds facing a Smart TV and a sofa bed located in the living room. The living area is complemented by blackout curtains and a coffee table, leading out to a private balcony equipped with two chairs and a table—the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the wonderful ocean vista. A convenient kitchenette is available, featuring a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (please note there is no stove or kitchen utensils), and the full bathroom provides both hot and cold water.

1. Reservation Information: Before your arrival, please read all the information related to your reservation in the listing description, including house rules, check-in methods, location, etc.
2. Hours: • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 12:00 PM (half day) • Lobby: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM • Host available: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM • Pool: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM • Beach: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (or until sunset)
3. Communication: Communication will be made exclusively through Airbnb's direct messaging, and is intended only for administrative matters, modifications, or information about your reservation. Please note that messages are served on first come first.
4. Services and Amenities: • Condominium rent INCLUDES access to the pool, lounge chairs, and pool towels. Does not include food or drinks • Direct beach access at the above-mentioned times. • A maximum of 4 adult bracelets and 2 child bracelets (3-12 years) are granted for use of the pool and sun loungers. • If 1-2 extra bracelets are required, there will be an extra charge. • We are two independent properties: the condominium where you stay and the tourist complex that offers access to the pool and beds. You must respect the rules and schedules of BOTH places.
5. Food and Beverage Restrictions: • The hotel does not allow food or ice makers in its common areas. • Optional: You can purchase a Day Pass to access the hotel's bars and restaurants. Check with your host for current promotions. • Note: Cash or card payments are not accepted in the hotel's common areas.
