House Rules PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Registration Minimum Age: The main booking person must be at least 24 years old. Legal Requirement: As required by Spanish law, all guests must be registered with the local authorities. Before arrival, you will receive a secure link to scan your documents. Check-in Scan platform is a secure, encrypted system used to collect your data and automatically send it to the local police. Registration must be completed by all guests (including minors) 24 hours prior to arrival. Access to the apartment cannot be granted until the registration process is finished. Check-in: 16:00 - 00:00. Check-ins after 22:00 are subject to a €30 late check-in fee. Please inform us in advance of late arrivals. Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID or passport. Guest Limits & Conduct Occupancy: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 9 AM daily. No Parties: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy. No Smoking/Drugs: Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden. Amenities & Care Lost Keys & Access: A fee of €50 will be charged for any lost keys or electronic access fobs. This fee covers the cost of replacement and necessary security synchronization. Pets: Not allowed. Consumables: Initial supplies of basic amenities (toilet paper, paper towels) are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these as needed during their stay. Building Rules Residential Building: This is a private residential building where people live year-round. Please respect the neighbors and the house rules. Common Areas: Loud behavior, drinking alcohol, smoking, and drug use are forbidden in all common areas, including the pool and hallways. Pool Area: Food and glassware of any kind (bottles, glasses, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Please follow the posted pool hours and instructions. Trash: Must be taken to external containers. Do not leave bags in the hallways or any common areas.

Smoking & Fire Safety Strict Prohibition: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building, such as hallways, the terrace, and the pool area. No Open Flames: For safety reasons, the use of candles, incense, or any other form of open flame is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Fire Systems: The apartment and the entire building are equipped with highly sensitive smoke detectors and automated water sprinklers. Any false alarms triggered by smoking, candles, or negligence in the apartment or common areas will result in full liability and potential charges for emergency services. Procedures: Fire safety and instructions are provided in the Home Manual located in the apartment and will be sent to you after booking confirmation. Please read them carefully upon arrival.

Home Manual A Home Manual is provided in the apartment. It contains important instructions on fire safety, appliance operation, and building regulations. All guests are required to familiarize themselves with its content

Usage Restrictions Residential Use Only: This property is for vacation purposes only. Organizing conferences, workshops, seminars, or any business-related gatherings is strictly prohibited. No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography (for brands, social media campaigns, or professional portfolios) are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Acceptance of House Rules By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the rules stated above. You also agree to ensure that all members of your group are aware of and comply with these regulations. Violation of any rule may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and potential additional fees.
