About Property

Discover Steamboat's most storied address at The Victorian, a genuine 1800s landmark and meticulously restored four-story estate located at the base of the mountain in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. While others settle for standard condos, your group can experience irreplaceable character, soaring Victorian architecture, and the legendary champagne powder that is just steps from your door.

This expansive residence is designed for large gatherings, featuring 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The layout is spread across four spectacular floors, ensuring plenty of space and privacy. The second floor is anchored by two luxurious master suites, one boasting a deep clawfoot soaking tub and fireplace, and another opening onto a private patio with sweeping views of the ski runs. A den with a sleeper sofa and a roll-top-desk office complete this level. On the third floor, the pace slows down with a library and a kids' TV and game lounge, alongside two additional en-suite bedrooms—perfect for multi-generational ski trips.

For those seeking entertainment, the lower level is built for snow days, featuring a private theater, a wet bar, a pool table, and a Steinway piano to keep the crew entertained long after the lifts close. Practicality meets luxury in the mudroom, which includes a dedicated boot-dryer room to ensure gear is warm and ready every morning. The heart of the home is a gourmet chef's kitchen and a long dining table, ideal for fueling up before the first chair, while a gas fireplace with a Tiffany mantle provides a cozy place to unwind.

Located in the heart of the action, you are minutes away from downtown Steamboat's finest dining, including Café Diva, Laundry Kitchen & Cocktails, and Aurum Food & Wine. Nearby attractions like Old Town Hot Springs and Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs offer the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes.
