For those traveling with animals, up to 2 well-trained dogs are allowed with pre-approval, provided they remain off the beds and sofas. -The primary guest (booker) must be at least 21 years old. To ensure the safety of our guests and the home, we reserve the rights to request ID verification. Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed
- This is a duplex that includes 2 side by side townhomes. Each has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Please make sure to indicate the accurate number of people who will be staying overnight. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay. Price may vary based on guests number. Please inform host in advance if you are having any visitors during your stay.
- Safety reminder: the house front yard and back parking area were on a raised paved road. Please always use caution while playing in yard or parking your cars back. Kids can not be left unattended while they are playing in the front yard.
- NO SMOKING in the house, including the garage. NO PARTY. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm.
- As Seattle area can be rainy and muddy, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the house. For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip.
- We work with a professional waste management company that handles trash collection every Wednesday. If your stay includes Tuesday night, please place all your trash in the designated outdoor bins. The service team will take care of rolling the bins to the curb on Wednesday morning and bringing them back in after pickup. They will not need access to the property, as their task is limited to managing the bins outside. Please ensure all trash is properly bagged and placed inside the bins to help keep the property clean and pest-free.
- Maximum 2 well trained pets will be allowed during your stay. Dogs only and pre-approval will be needed. Please correctly indicated the pet number in your reservation, and extra per stay cost will be applied automatically. All pets are not allowed to stay or to be on the bed and sofas .
- For any late check-out or stay extension requests, please send your request before 8 PM on the night before your scheduled check-out day, so we can check availability with our cleaner. Requests made after this deadline will be considered unauthorized. Guests are expected to check out by 11 AM as scheduled. An unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge of $30 per 30 minutes.
- If guests are using this property as a monthly rental, we will provide initial/set up consumable supplies, such as coffee/tea/paper etc. Guests can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at a reasonable level, owner will cover up to $350 w/s/e/g per month. Excessively waste of utilities will be deducted from guests. Cleaning during longer stay period can be arranged at guests' costs.
