The spacious layout features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, designed to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds in the bedroom and a memory-foam queen sleeper sofa in the living area, which is enhanced by an electric fireplace. The interior is thoughtfully appointed with a full kitchen featuring full-size stainless steel appliances and a Keurig, while the private balcony offers a serene spot to sip morning coffee while overlooking the beach.

• 3 outdoor oceanfront pools (open April through September, not heated)

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25 years
• Security Deposit: $300 refundable deposit
• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony ($500 fine). No pets ($500 fine), motorcycles, trailers, campers, RVs, or grilling. No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called).
