Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM; parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. The primary renter must be at least 26 years old unless a specific exception is approved. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of trained service animals. Smoking is permitted outside only, with all doors and windows closed. Please note that per Sarasota, FL ordinance, there is a limit of one rental per 30-day period.
