This thoughtfully designed layout features 1 bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and 1 bathroom. For additional guests, the living room includes a convenient pull-out couch, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The ensuite bathroom provides added luxury with a shower and jetted bath tub combo, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day on the slopes.

Experience complete comfort with high-end details throughout the space, including a cozy living room anchored by a gas fireplace, high-speed WIFI, and a Google TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedroom is a private haven featuring its own air conditioning unit and TV. For those who love to cook, the full kitchen comes stocked with essential cooking basics. Step outside onto your lovely private balcony to take in nature and views of the pool and hot tub area.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The entire property is strictly non-smoking. Underground parking is available for $25 per 24 hours per vehicle; guests must register their vehicle at the front desk upon arrival to receive a dashboard voucher. For stays of 14 days or more, a mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.

Important Note: The building pool and hot tub will be closed from April 7 through August 31, 2026, for deck reconstruction. During April through June, temporary access to the pool and hot tub at the neighboring Summit Lodge is available (guests must bring their own towels). No alternate access is provided in July and August. The gym, steam room, and sauna remain open for guest use. Please be aware that construction noise may occur weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
